There are a lot of people with EF lens collections and the C300 Mark II is still several months away. We haven’t had a chance to test the new firmware at Newsshooter yet but if it works as advertised this is only going to widen the appeal of the FS7. Specifically the update should stop the iris flicker when changing apertures that has made this combination of camera and lenses problematic. This should fix the iris control issues users have been experiencing when they use the adapter to mount Canon EF lenses on the Sony FS7 camera.
